The Vail by Hotel at Old Town is a premier 10,000 sq ft event venue offering flexible space, open catering, and a professional event staff. The Vail offers large open space perfect for presentations, tradeshows, and dining. Hosting in this premier entertainment district allows your attendees to grab lunch between meetings or enjoy a drink at one of Wichita’s hot spots after meetings.
The Alcove offers a private meeting space or hospitality suite for 20-30 guests. Conveniently located on the first floor of the Hotel at Old Town main building.
The 1906 Lounge + Atrium is the perfect space for cocktail receptions from 20-150 guests. Open daily at 5pm as a public bar or rentable as a semi-private reception space.

This locally owned, boutique hotel offers premier accommodations for your out of town guests and a uniquely Wichita experience. The building was built in 1906 and filled with rich Wichita history to include the addition of a historic aviation floor (Complete Spring 2024).

River City Brewing Co, Wichita’s first brewpub, offers more than a great menu & beer selection. RCB private event space is perfect for meetings & social events, just steps from the hotel’s front door.
Groover Labs
Groover Labs has a variety of spaces and can often accommodate unusual requests. If your meeting requires a hybrid setup, they have two webcams and mics for Zoom (and other platforms) for virtual and in-person meetings.

The Museum offers great spaces to host any event, from large wedding receptions to smaller, corporate meetings. With Egyptian mummies and dinosaurs, they provide good company, too.
