Our Story

Limitless Yoga Studio was founded by owner Kelsea Wright as a traveling studio in 2015. Limitless grew quickly, with demand for classes exploding as people enjoyed the style of yoga they experienced at pop-up locations and events.

A brick-and-mortar studio followed in 2017, with Limitless growing its teaching staff from one person to a group of over 20. Kelsea is one of the few 1000-hour certified Yoga Medicine Therapy Specialists in the world, and her training in anatomy and myofascial release elevates the Limitless Yoga Studio class experience.

Limitless Yoga is a supportive community full of experienced teachers who are ready to help you work towards your goals of flexibility, strength, and overall wellness of body and mind. The studio name is a reminder that no matter how advanced you may become, there is always something more to strive towards.

What We Offer

Studio 1 is our large, warmed studio space. The temperature is kept at 87 degrees to help warm up the muscles and encourage a deeper stretch while still keeping safety in mind. This is where you can take our Hot Vinyasa Flow classes, Hot Express classes over your lunch break, and our evening Slow Flow classes.

Studio 2 is a smaller, unheated space. This studio is perfect for our Foundations of Yoga classes, Chair Yoga, Dance Fitness, and Yin Yoga, a floor-based yoga that emphasizes slow pacing and longer holds of postures.

Studio 3 is used for private Yoga Therapy sessions, which combine a variety of methods to help relieve chronic pain at the source rather than just treating symptoms.
